Our Horseback Riding Introduction Activity is specifically designed for children between the ages of 5 and 13. It includes an introduction to the world of horses and offers an exciting, safe, and unforgettable experience.
The 45-minute activity is led by a competent and passionate instructor. We use calm, well-trained horses with experience in equine therapy. The activity will be individually adapted to your child’s abilities.
It begins with brushing and preparing the horse together with the child, helping to build a bond of trust.
We then move to one of our outdoor arenas to begin a fun and enjoyable horseback riding lesson.
The 90-minute activity is also led by a competent and passionate instructor. We use calm, well-trained horses with experience in equine therapy. For $80, you can bring 1 to 4 children, and we will tailor the activity to your group and/or each child’s individual abilities.
For private 90-minute bookings (1 child), we will include a short trail ride at the end of the lesson. Please note that for safety reasons, the horse will always be led by the instructor on a lead rope.
If you have more than 4 children who wish to participate, or if you’d like each child to have more riding time, you also have the option to book multiple instructors/horses at the same time. The price is $80 per horse/instructor for 90 minutes.
For parents: If you would like to go on a trail ride at the same time, choose the 90-minute introduction activity for your child. This will give you enough time to enjoy a guided horseback trail ride through our beautiful trails with one of our riding guides. This option is available by reservation only.
