Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return: Gift cards, Downloadable software, Certain health and personal care products.
In some cases only partial refunds are given
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or receive a faulty item, please contact us at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of your order, the product and (if applicable) the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. You must also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance charges (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, your refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice. When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method). Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. It may take up to 10 business days after receiving our email before you see the refund on your statement.
Delayed or missing refunds
(if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time. If you have completed all of these steps and have still not received your refund, contact us at the following address: domainefraser@me.com.
Sale or promotional items
(if applicable) Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Replacement
(if applicable) We only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at domainefraser@me.com and send your item to: 684 Route 165, Saint-Ferdinand, QC, G0N 1N0, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 684 Route 165, Saint-Ferdinand, QC, G0N 1N0, Canada. Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
